Influencing factors and countermeasures of turnover intention of in service nurses in China
Abstract：In view of status quo of in service nurses’turnover in china,the paper reviewed influencing factors of turnover intention of in service nurses from personal characteristics,j ob factors,social support and social pluralism,occupation commitment,and put forward the countermeasures from hospital management,social sup-port and personal perspective.In order to provide references for human resource managers,it taken targeted measures to reduce occurrence of turnover behavior and stable care team.
