Research progress on related factors of core competencies of nurse specialist in operation room
Abstract：This paper reviewed definition of core competence,research status quo of nurses’core competencies and influencing factors of core competencies of nurse specialist in operation room,so as to provide suggestions for improving core competence of nurse specialist in operation room.
