Influencing factors of length of stay of patients with coronary heart disease in CCU
Abstract：Objective:To probe into the factors influencing the prolonging length of stay in Coronary heart dis-ease Care Unit(CCU)of patients with coronary heart disease.Methods:Data of coronary heart disease patients who received CCU in the department of Cardiology in Huaxi Hospital from January to June in 2014 were col-lected and analyzed by cross sectional study.Results:The factors influencing the length of stay in CCU included patient's age,check in style to CCU,weighted score of basic disease,whether combined with pulmonary infec-tion,chronic renal insufficiency,arrhythmia and whether to accept noninvasive or invasive ventilator,central vein catheter,gastric tube,urinary catheter,intra aortic balloon counterpulsation(IABP)treatment,hemodialysis, rescue and other treatment.Conclusions:In order to shorten the length of stay in CCU,the medical staff should actively control the pulmonary infection,correct the arrhythmia,stop using the noninvasive/invasive ventilator as soon as possible after treatment,and remove the central venous catheter,gastric tube,and urinary catheter etc.
