Abstract：It introduced the characteristics,design status quo and application effect of clinical nursing micro lecture.It put forward the problems of clinical nursing micro lecture construction existing in teachers team and micro video production.It points out that the development and design of nursing micro lecture and the perfec-tion of relevant supporting resources needed to be explored in practice and teaching.
