Abstract：It introduced the connotation and ability structure of excellent doctor,and expounded the teaching re-form and practice of excellent doctor from four aspects of excellent doctor training model,practical ability and medical humanistic education teaching reform,the teaching reform of specific subj ects,the problems existing in the practice of excellent doctor training.It pointed out the deficiency in the research on excellent medical talents training in China:the non enough depeh of theoretical research,un systematic research on excellent doctor training model and the single research method.
