Influence of continuity of care on intervention effect of hospital community integration for patients with diabetic peripheral neuropathy
Abstract:Objective:To probe into the influence of continuity of care on intervention effect of hospital communi-ty integration for patients with diabetic peripheral neuropathy DPN.Methods:A total of 100 cases of patients with diabetic peripheral neuropathy were randomly divided into two groups in our hospital from January 2015 to July 2015.The patients in control group used routine care, the patients in observation group used continuity of care model on the basis of that in control group. The changes of blood glucose, clinical therapeutic effect and pe-ripheral nerve conduction velocity were compared between both groups. Results:There were statistically signifi-cant differences in fasting blood glucose, postprandial 2 h blood glucose, glycosylated hemoglobin, total effective rate and the ulnar nerve, median nerve, the total nerve conduction velocity after intervention between both groups(P<0.05).Conclusion:Continuity of care could improve the peripheral nerve conduction velocity of dia-betic peripheral neuropathy patients, reduce the clinical symptoms and improve the curative effect.
