Abstract：It introduced the concept of nurses’turnover intention and its vital role in nursing human resource management.It reviewed and summarized the evaluation methods of nursing staffs’turnover intention in China and other countries,in order to provide basis for the development and application of assessment tools for nurses’ turnover intention in China.
