Observation on curative effect of Chinese medicine keritherapy for limb spasm in stroke patients
Abstract：Objective:To probe into the curative effect of Chinese medicine keritherapy for limb spasm in stroke patients.Methods:A total of 70 stroke patients with limb spasm were randomly divided into observation group and control group,35 cases in each.The patients in control group were given routine electroacupuncture,low frequency pulse therapy and functional exercise routine rehabilitation nursing.The patients in observation group were given based on Chinese medicine keritherapy the conventional treatment and care.The Modified Ashworth Spastic grading scale (MAS)was used for effect evaluation of two groups of patients before treatment,after a course of treatment and after two courses of treatment.Results:The MAS score in observation group was sig-nificantly improved after a course of treatment and two courses of treatment compared with that in control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Chinese medicine keritherapy had a good spasmolytic effect for limb spasm in stroke patients.
