Abstract:Objective:To study the correlation between health behaviors and family function of patients after un-dergoing cerebral functional area glioma resection. Methods:A total of 72 cases of patients after undergoing cere-bral functional area glioma resection in our hospital were selected as observation group from August 2016 to February 2011.In the same period, another 72 patients were selected as control group who received the diagnosis and treatment as non cerebral functional area glioma in our hospital. The health behaviors and family function of patients were assessed by using Mini mental State Examination (MMSE)and McMaster Model of Family Functioning model (MMFF)between both groups, and the influencing factors were analyzed. Results:The rate of health behavior disorder after operation in observation group was 16.7%;it was 5.6% in control group. The rate of health behavior disorder after operation was significantly higher in observation group than that in control group(P<0.05 ).The directional force, memory, attention and computing power, language and visual spatial score, problem solving, communication, roles, emotion reaction, and emotion intervention in observation group were lower than those in control group(P<0.05).The regression analysis in observation group showed that:the main risk factors induced the postoperative health behavior disorder included the emotional response score, the problem solving score, the multiple lesions and the tumor location (P<0.05).Conclusion:The health behav-iors and family function of patients after undergoing cerebral functional area glioma resection were reduced, and the family function status would affect the patient’s health behaviors,so the operation should pay attention to the protection of brain function area,so as to protect the patient’s health behavior.
