Observation on curative effect of scraping for treatment of post infections lough
Abstract：Objective:To probe into the clinical effect of scraping for post infections cough,PIC.Methods:A to-tal of 70 cases of patients with PIC were selected and randomly divided into two groups,35 cases in each.The patients in control group received the conventional medicine treatment,the patients in observation group re-ceived the scraping therapy on the basis of the conventional medicine treatment,mainly scraping the areas of Renmai,hand lunar lung meridian,Dumai and foot sun bladder cruising site.To stimulate mainly Tiantu, Lieque,Taiyuan,Baihui,Dazhui,Fengchi,Feishu,fengmen acupuncture points.Once a week,a week as a course of treatment,two courses of treatment in both groups.The cough symptom score,P substance concentration in induced sputum supernatant and clinical efficacy were compared between both groups before and after treat-ment.Results:Score of cough symptom in observation group was lower than that in control group after interven-tion(P<0.05);P substance concentration in induced sputum supernatant in observation group was lower than that in control group (P<0.01)after treatment;the total effective rate in observation group was 97.14%, which was significantly higher than that in control group (88.57%.)(P<0.01).Conclusion:Effect of scraping treatment for PIC was remarkable
