Application of flipped classroom based on PBL lesson plans in pediatric nursing rounds of new nurses

Abstract：Objective:To probe into an application effect of flipped classroom based on problem based learning (PBL)lesson plans in pediatric clinical nursing rounds of new nurses.Methods:A total of 100 new pediatric nur-ses were randomly divided into observation group and control group,50 cases in each.The nurses in observation group were given nursing rounds according to PBL plan,at the same time the nurses in control group were given nursing traditional rounds,to compare the theory examination scores of new nurses between both groups after the half of probation period and satisfaction of nursing round at the end of the 6 rounds.Results:The theory ex-amination score and satisfaction rate of new nurses in observation group to nursing rounds were higher than that in control group,there were statistically significant difference between both groups (P < 0.05 ).Conclusion:Flipped classroom based on PBL lesson plans was helpful for improving independent learning ability and satis-faction of new nurses to nursing round.
