Analysis of visualization of research progress on active service
Abstract：In order to grasp international active service research overview,developmental thread of hot areas,and CiteSpace document visualization analysis software was used and Web of Science as the source of literature data. The scientific knowledge map of active service research field was drew up from 2005 to 2015.Based on brief in-troduction of the background of active service research at home and abroad,the publication volume,research di-rection,research institutions,hot spots and other 7 aspects of the active service research field were analyzed,and so as to provide references for the follow up study of the active service quality.
