Application research on the theory of goal attainment in health education for patients with chronic diseases in China
Abstract：It introduced the basic elements,theoretical hypothesis and interactive model of the theory of goal at-tainment,and reviewed the implementation steps,application status quo and limitations of the theory of goal at-tainment in health education for patients with chronic diseases in China.
