Establishment of comprehensive work pressure intensity index and its application in performance evaluation in nursing units of third grade general hospitals
Abstract：Objective:To establish the comprehensive work stress intensity value of different nursing units,so as to provide scientific basis for the hierarchical performance evaluation of nursing units.Methods:By adopting lit-erature research and semi structure interview to propose different nursing unit pressure intensity evaluation di-mensions,to construct nursing unit hierarchy system based on pressure comprehensive strength index by Delphi method.And assignment the weight of each index.Using dynamic evaluation method combined with statistical analysis to determine pressure intensity values in each nursing unit.Results:To establish a set of nursing unit hi-erarchical system based on pressure comprehensive strength index,including 6 the first class indexes and 1 5 the second grade indexes.The weight of each index from high to low were respectively nursing workload,technical difficulty of the operation,labor intensity,occupational risk,operators’ability,and receiving the higher authori-ties to check.The highest and the lowest score of pressure comprehensive strength nursing unit respectively were intensive care unit(ICU)and disinfection supply room.Conclusions:The established comprehensive nursing unit working pressure strength index for general hospitals can reflect the different relative value of correspond-ing nursing unit in the face of different service obj ects,patients and diseases,risks and nursing demands.Which can provide the basis for nursing unit system of layered performance appraisal scheme.
