Study on curriculum setting of humanistic care training for nursing administrators in hospitals
Abstract：Objective:To construct a scientific and practical humanistic care training course for nursing managers in hospitals.Methods:Humanities care training curriculum for hospital nursing managers has established through the literature review,present situation investigation and experts consultation.Results:The final estab-lished humane care training courses for hospital nursing managers contain 4 training modules(the first grade in-dex)and 23 knowledge key points(the second grade index):including humanities knowledge and ability,human-istic care organization and management,humanistic teaching and training,and the research of humane care. Which should be trained more than 24 hours.Conclusions:The training course for nursing managers has reasona-ble method and reliable results.The training contents achieved in core knowledge structure characteristic,com-petency requirement,and the logical structure of knowledge.Which has a better scientific,systematic,targeted and feasibility.
