Abstract：It analyzed the background of the ventilator circuit replacement time,described relevant guidelines and implementation status at home and abroad.And it pointed out problems existed in present studies,so as to promote deep study of ventilator circuit replacement time and to provide guidance for clinical ventilator circuit management.
