Application of clinical pathway in treatment of patients with receiving early articular injection of platelet rich plas-ma knee osteoarthritis

Abstract：Objective:To probe into the application effect of clinical pathway in treatment of patients with receiv-ing early articular injection of platelet rich plasma knee osteoarthritis.Methods:A total of 80 cases of patients with knee osteoarthritis receiving early articular injection of platelet rich plasma in our department from Febru-ary 2012 to October 2015 were randomly divided into two groups,the patients in control group were given rou-tine nursing,the patients in observation group received the clinical nursing path intervention on the basis of con-ventional care.After 4 weeks,therapeutic effect was evaluated by clinical symptom assessment,Rasmussen clas-sification and clinical efficacy,and expression levels of related cytokines in the two groups were compared.Re-sults:After treatment,clinical symptoms and signs such as pain and numbness,walking,tenderness,straight leg raising test and total score of patients of two groups were compared,and the difference was statistically signifi-cant(P <0.05);after treatment,there were statistically significant difference in Rasmussen grading score,total effective rate,the expression levels of interleukin 6,interleukin 17,interleukin 23,transforming growth fac-tor beta 1 between both groups(P <0.05).Conclusion:Early application of platelet rich plasma treatment com-bined to clinical nursing pathway intervention for patients with osteoarthritis of knee could effectively improve the patient’s pain,control disease development and reduce the expression level of cytokine.
