Influence of physical and psychological rehabilitation exercise on self management efficacy of breast cancer pa-tients after radiotherapy and chemotherapy
Abstract:Objective:To probe into the effect of physical and psychological rehabilitation exercise on self man-agement efficacy of breast cancer patients after radiotherapy and chemotherapy.Methods:According to the prin-ciple of random draw,1 10 cases of breast cancer patients were divided into treatment group and control group, 55 cases in each.The patients in control group were given routine health education,the patients in treatment group received active physical and mental rehabilitation exercise,intervention period was 3 months.Results:Self efficacy score of the two groups showed a significant increasing trend,self efficacy score in treatment group was significantly higher than that in control group(P <0.05).In and treatment group,scores were higher than those in control group (P < 0.05 )in aspects of functional,emotional and social/family physiological status. Nursing satisfaction of control group and treatment group was respective 89.09% and 100.00%.The incidence of nausea and vomiting,bone marrow suppression,skin allergies,pulmonary infection,liver and kidney toxicity in treatment group was lower than that in control group(P <0.05).Conclusion:The application of physical and psychological rehabilitation exercise for breast cancer patients during the course of radiotherapy and chemothera-py could effectively improve the patient’s self management efficacy,and reduce the incidence of complications.
