Construction of basic nursing skill operation evaluation indicator system in TCM colleges and universities

Abstract：Objective:To develop a suitable basic nursing skill operation evaluation indicator system in TCM col-leges and universities .Methods:Delphi method was used to conduct two rounds of expert consultation to deter-mine the basic nursing skill operation evaluation indicator system in TCM colleges and universities .Results:The effective recovery rate of both rounds expert consultation questionnaire was 93 .75% .The expert authority coef-ficient was 0 .83 ,0 .81 ,the opinion coordination coefficient was 0 .128 and 0 .157(P<0 .001) and there was sta-tistically significant difference ,which showed that the coordination of expert opinion was good .It worked out the basic nursing skill operation evaluation indicator system in TCM colleges and universities ,including 3 first indicators(basic nursing skills ,the experimental teaching quality evaluation ,learning process evaluation ) ,15 sec-ondary indicators and 33 indicators .Conclusion:The basic nursing skill operation evaluation indicator system in TCM colleges and universities based on the Delphi method was established ,which made the evaluation of nurs-ing education more objective and reasonable .
