Influence of negative pressure of suction under constant pressure ventilation on lung volume and respiratory mechan-ics in patients with mechanical ventilation
Abstract：Objective:To probe into appropriate suction vacuum of patients with mechanical ventilation under constant pressure ventilation (PCV).Methods:The self front and back control design was used,a total of 3 3 pa-tients with mechanical ventilation received open sputum suction respectively with 80 mmHg(1 mmHg=0.133 kPa),150 mmHg,300 mmHg negative pressure under PCV,then to compare the changes of lung volume and re-spiratory mechanics in patients in different time before and after sputum suction.Result:Under PCV model,the patients tidal volume and minute volume were different under different suction vacuum and different time after sputum suction(P<0.05).Dynamic lung compliance was different in patients with different vacuum suction(P<0.05).Conclusion:Appropriate suction vacuum for patients with mechanical ventilation under PCV was 150 mmHg.
