Study on relationship between postoperative uncertainty tolerance and self harmony of patients with severe acute pancreatitis

Abstract：Objective:To probe into the relationship between postoperative uncertainty tolerance and self harmo-ny of patients with severe acute pancreatitis,in order to provide references for clinical nurses carrying out targe-ted health education for patients.Methods:A total of 187 patients with severe acute pancreatitis after operation were investigated by using the uncertainty tolerance scale and self harmony scale.Results:The uncertainty toler-ance score and self harmony score were respectively 4.22±0.51 and 4.21±0.46,the uncertainty tolerance was significantly correlated with self harmony,3 dimensions of uncertainty tolerate could predict 47.1% variance of self harmong.Conclusion:Uncertainty tolerance of patients with severe acute pancreatitis after operation was lower;self harmony degree was also lower;uncertainty tolerance could predict the degree of self harmony,so clinical nurses should make health education based on the reason of lower degree of postoperative uncertainty tolerance,so as to,impvoe the degree of self harmony of the patients.
