Study on status quo of self directed learning readiness in undergraduate nursing students and its influencing factors
Abstract：Objective:To know about status quo of self directed learning readiness in undergraduate nursing students and its influencing factors.Methods:A total of 390 undergraduate nursing students in 2013 graduation, 2014 graduation,2015 graduation(130 in each graduation)received the investigation on self directed learning readiness and its influencing factors by using the undergraduate nursing students Self directed Learning Readi-ness Scale(SDLRS)and general situation questionnaire.Results:A total of 347 effective questionnaires were re-covered,the total SDLRS score of undergraduate nursing students in three graduations was 149.32±19.39;the optimal scaling regression analysis showed that if you liked the profession or not and self perceived learning difficulties or not were the main influencing factors of self management score,love of learning score,self con-trol score and SLDR total scores of undergraduate nursing students(P<0.05).Conclusion:The self directed learning readiness of undergraduate nursing students in 3 graduations was at the middle upper level.If you liked the profession or not and self perceived learning difficulties or not were the important influencing factors of SLDRS of undergraduate nursing students.
