Abstract:Objective:To probe into the relationship among self management behavior, anxiety depression and post traumatic growth in patients with percutaneous coronary intervention,so as to provide a theoretical basis for the improvement of the patients’post traumatic growth. Methods:A total of 388 patients with percutaneous coronary intervention in a third grade A hospital received the cross sectional survey with Posttraumatic Growth Inventory(PTGI)、Coronary Artery Disease Self management Scale(CSMS)and Hospitals Anxiety and Depression Scale(HADS).Results:In 388 patients, the patients with anxiety accounted for 60.0%,the pa-tients with depression accounted for 75.5%.The total score of the PTGI in these patients was 59.24±8.16,the HADS score was 17.45±5.71,the total score of CSMS was 70.82±11.83.Self management behaviors were positively correlated with posttraumatic growth(r=0.344,P<0.01),and anxiety depression was negatively correlated with post traumatic growth(r=-0.168,P<0.01).Structural equation modeling analysis showed that self management behavior had a direct impact on the post traumatic growth of patients with percutaneous coronary intervention(P<0.01).Self management behavior had a direct and significant impact on anxiety(P<0.01),and had a indirect impact on the post traumatic growth through the mediating effect of anxiety.Conclu-sion:Patients with percutaneous coronary intervention had a lower level of self management ability and a high-er level of anxiety depression. We should strengthen the self management ability education for coronary heart disease patients in clinical nursing work, improve patients’self care ability, and guide the release of their nega-tive emotions,so as to promote their posttraumatic growth.
