Application status quo of SERVQUAL gap model in nursing service quality evaluation

Abstract：It expounded the service quality model (SERVQUAL)promoting the continuous improvement of nursing service quality scale in nursing service quality evaluation,to know about the status quo of service,found out the weak links,and explore the influencing factors of the nursing service quality.It suggested that SE-RVQUA model was different from other evaluation methods,and it could evaluate the nursing service quality obj ectively,comprehensively and scientific.
