Research progress on nursing human resources allocation in China
Abstract：It introduced the necessity of nursing human resources allocation from relationship of nursing human resources allocation and nursing quality,nursing outcome.It analyzed the status quo of nursing human resources allocation in aspects of quantity,quality and structure.It put forward that the future research directions of nurs-ing research,which laid the foundation for future application.
