Influence of quality of service on quality of life of intrauterine device women of childbearing age
Abstract：Objective:To probe into the influencing factors of quality of service on quality of life of intrauterine device(IUD)women of childbearing age.Methods:A total of 3 801 cases of IUD women of childbearing age were investigated on their quality of life and its influencing factors by using cross sectional survey and SF 3 6 in Yunnan and Anhui provinces.Results:Univariate results showed that the influencing factors of quality of life of IUD women of childbearing age included the access to information channels,whether to inform IUD life or not, postoperative precautions,referral time,check method of the IUD placement,and whether to show the IUD kind,whether they choosed annular ring themselves or not,whether you wanted to choose the kind discomfort with or without surgery,whether to obtain the necessary information and services or not,satisfaction to publici-ty and consultation,quality of service,service attitude and the follow up,waiting time and service time,whether service agencies working hours was convenient or not.Multiple stepwise regression analysis showed that:the in-fluencing factors of physical health of IUD women of childbearing age included surgery discomfort or not, whether informed postoperative precautions or not,whether informed check the IUD location method or not, whether the ring of their choice or not,whether to obtain the necessary information and services or not,the serv-ice quality satisfaction.The influencing factors of mental health of IUD women of childbearing age included hav-ing surgery discomfort or not,whether informed precautions after IUD or not,whether informed the IUD life or not whether to obtain the necessary information and services or not,whether service agencies work time was convenient or not.Conclusion:To improve the quality of service of IUD could improve the quality of life and bet-ter protect the reproductive health of rural women of childbearing age.
