Application effect of clinical pathway in exchange transfusion therapy for neonatal ABO hemolytic disease
Abstract：Objective:To probe into the application effect of clinical pathway in neonatal ABO exchange transfu-sion therapy for hemolytic disease.Methods:The before after control design was used,a total of 176 with ABO hemolytic disease after clinical pathway neonates were selected as the observation group,164 neonates who re-ceived the exchange transfusion before clinical pathway were selected as control group.serum total bilirubin re-placement rate,time of phototherapy,adverse reactions occurrence,average hospitalization days,hospitalization expenses,the antibiotic use rate of two group were compared.Results:There was statistically significant differ-ence in bilirubin replacement rate,phototherapy time and the incidence of adverse reactions,the average hospi-talization days,hospitalization expenses,antibiotic use rate between both groups(P<0.05).Conclusion:Clinical pathway for ABO hemolytic disease could improve the efficacy and safety of exchange transfusion.
