Analysis of influencing factors of drug antihypertensive therapy management and blood pressure standard in com-munity hypertension management cases

Abstract：Objective:To probe into the situation of drug antihypertensive therapy and blood pressure standard of hypertension patients participating in a community managements in Chengdu and its influencing factors.Meth-ods:A total of 664 cases of patients in two communities in Chengdu received the questionnaire about general conditions,drug treatment and its management behavior,blood pressure control and so on.Results:The pa-tients’drug treatment rate was 97.7%;most of the patients received the combined antihypertensive with multi drugs.The patients’standard rate of blood pressure control was 68.1%;there was statistically significant differ-ences in standard rate of blood pressure control among patients with different ages,or genders,course of dis-ease,tobacco and alcohol habits,the number of complications,special clinics,blood glucose,blood lipids,treat-ment of management score(P <0.05),in which the prescribed medication,remembering medication,older than 65 years old,normal blood lipid,kind numbers of complications were the influencing factors of blood pressure standard(P <0.05 ).Conclusion:The drug treatment rate of patients participating in community management was higher,and most of them followed the recommended scheme,their standard rate of blood pressure was higher,and their compliance was better and could help patients control blood pressure.
