Abstract:Objective:To probe into the correlation between self perceived burden and disease uncertainty of pa-tients with intracranial aneurysm Methods:A total of 108 cases of patients with intracranial aneurysms received questionnaire investigation by using the Chinese version of disease uncertainty scale (MUIS A)and self per-ceived burden scale (SPBS).Results:The self perceived burden of patients with intracranial aneurysm was pos-itively correlated with the disease uncertainty (r =0.417),and the correlation with non predictability dimen-sion was the highest (r=0.402);emotional burden was the most important burden. Conclusion:disease uncer-tainty could act on patients’self perceived burden through affecting the patients’psychological adjustment a-bility.Nursing personnel should timely identify the patients’bad psychology, give the nursing intervention tar-getedly and reduce the self perceived burden.
