Research progress on disaster nursing competency framework of nurses in Cnina
Abstract：It introduced the concept and elements of disaster nursing,the characteristics of disaster nursing and its ability demand,and put forward the disaster nursing competency framework of nurses in our country from the aspects of core knowledge and core competency of disaster nursing,so as to explore the standards and evalu-ation system of disaster nursing competency which suit for China's national conditions and improve the overall level and comprehensive quality of disaster nursing competency of nurses in China.
