Influence of filling painting on rehabilitation effect of patients with bipolar depression
Abstract：Objective:To probe into identity degree and effect of bipolar depression in remission patients filling the painting.Methods:August 2013 to 2014 in August 80 cases in our hospital bipolar depression remission pa-tients were randomly divided into observation group and control group,40 cases in observation group were filled with paintings and recreational therapy the patients in control group were treated as an ordinary painting recrea-tional therapy for 6 weeks.Application of the Hamilton Depression Scale(HAMD 17)total score,participation in recreational therapy and duration of visits and other indicators assessment training.Results:After training for six weeks,the HAMD 17 scores of patients in observation group were lower than that in control group(P <0.05), cases number of patients in observation group actively participating in recreational therapy and recreational ther-apy duration were higher(P <0.05).Conclusion:Filled with paintings and recreational therapy can improve the efficacy of bipolar disorder patients,improve patients’adherence to occupational and recreational therapy.
