Construction and application of situational experience teaching model in training of“critical care nursing”

Abstract：Objective:To probe into the construction and application effect of situational experience teaching model in training of “critical care nursing”.Methods:The situational experience teaching model was constructed,a total of 98 practice undergraduate nursing students in our hospital from February 2014 to July 2013 were ran-domly divided into observation group and control group,49 cases in each.The students in observation group re-ceived the situational experience teaching model,while the students in control group received the traditional teaching method,then the teaching effect was evaluated by using the theoretical assessment,operational assess-ment,nursing students’clinical first aid ability assessment scale and self made questionnaire.Results:The differences of theory,operation performance and first aid ability scores of nursing students between both groups were statistically significant (P<0.05),the teaching feedback evaluation in observation group was higher.Con-clusion:The application of situational experience teaching model in training of“critical care nursing”was helpful to improve the nursing students’comprehensive first aid ability,and promote the improvement of teaching qual-ity.
