Study on influence of auricular plaster on lactation after cesarean section

Abstract：Objective:To probe into the clinical effect of auriclar plaster for lactation after cesarean section.Meth-ods:A total of 180 cases of cesarean section parturient were selected and divided into randomly two groups,90 cases in control group after cesarean section received routine nursing,the patients in observ ation group (90 ca-ses)received auricular plaster on the basis of that in control group.Observe the maternal lactation initiating time and milk time of two groups and evaluate the lactation comprehensive score on the postoperative 1 day,2 days,3 days and 4 days,detected prolactin concentrations postoperative 48 h,recorded the weight and the num-ber of relieve the bowels after the birth of 4 d.Results:The initial time of lactation and milk time of observed groups earlier than the control group,the difference is statistically significant(P <0.05);compare the lactation hormone concentration in two groups women postoperative 48 h,the difference was not statistically significant (P >0.05);the lactation comprehensive rating of observed groups postoperative 72 h and 96 h was significantly higher than that of the control group,the difference is statistically significant(P <0.05);compared the situation of weight growth in two groups after birth 4 days,the difference was not statistically significant(P >0.05);the number of relieve the bowels in observation neonates born in 3 days and 4 days size was greater than that in con-trol group(P <0.05).Conclusion:Auricular plaster therapy can promote the secretion of milk after cesarean sec-tion,increase the amount of lactation.
