Influence of comprehensive nursing intervention on coping style and compliance of patients with chronic hepatitis B

Abstract：Objective:To probe into the influence of comprehensive nursing intervention on coping style and com-pliance of patients with chronic hepatitis B.Methods:From February 201 1 to February 2015,a total of 140 chro-nic hepatitis B patients in our hospital were selected and equally divided into treatment group and control group based on the random number table.Two groups were given medical treatment.During the treatment,the pa-tients in control group only accepted general health education,and the patients in treatment group were given actively comprehensive nursing intervention and treatment for three months.Results:The intervention effective-ness rate in treatment group and control group was 98.57% and 88.57%.The effect of treatment group was better than that in control group (P < 0.05 ).The serum glutamic acid aminotransferase(ALT)and aspartate aminotransferase(AST)in the two groups after intervention were shown significant downward trend(P <0.05), while the ALT and AST after intervention in the treatment group were significantly lower than that in control group(P <0.05).The coping scores in treatment group and control group after intervention were 44.13±8.13 and 36.98±7.87 that were significantly higher than those before intervention 24.98±6.82 and 24.76 ±7.13. The difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P <0.05).After investigation,the percep-tion,exercise,diet and medication scores in treatment group were significantly higher than those in control group(P <0.05).Conclusion:Comprehensive nursing intervention in patients with chronic hepatitis B patients can promote positive coping styles change,improve treatment compliance,help restore liver function,and help improve the overall efficacy.
