Research progress on relationship between transformational head nurse’s leadership style and nurses’job satisfac-tion
Abstract：The relationship between transformational head nurse’s leadership style and nurses’job satisfaction was taken as guiding.It reviewed the concept,origin,structure,research status quo of transformational leader-ship style at home and abroad,aiming at enable clinical managers to play a dominant role of transformational leadership style and improve the j ob satisfaction of nurses.
