Abstract：It analyzed the development status quo of specialist care of permanent colostomy patients and ostomy specialist nurses training at home and in aboard.It learned from the characteristics and features of its develop-ment at abroad and probed into the problems existing in ostomy care in China at the present stage,so as to pro-mote the sustainable development of ostomy specialist care in China.
