Influence of systematic health education on level of knowledge attitude practice of chemotherapy patients
Abstract：Objective:To probe into the influence of systematic health education system on knowledge attitude practice (KAP)level of chemotherapy patients.Methods:A total of 239 chemotherapy inpatients were randomly divided into control group and experimental group.The patients in control group received the routine health ed-ucation,the patients in experimental group received the systematic health education,then to compare the change of KAP level of patients on admission,a day before chemotherapy,the second day of chemotherapy and a day be-fore discharging and patients’satisfaction to nursing work at discharging between both groups.Results:The KAP score in experimental group was higher than that in control group on a day before chemotherapy,the sec-ond day of chemotherapy and a day before discharging.Patients’satisfaction to nursing work was higher than that in control group(P <0.05).Conclusion:Systematic health education system could promote patients to mas-ter health knowledge,establish health information and health behaviors,and enhance the patients'satisfaction to nursing work.
