Study on reliability and validity of CACHE(Chinese version)for inflammatory bowel disease patients
Abstract：Objective:To analyze the reliability and validity of CACHE (Chinese version)for patients with in-flammatory bowel disease.Methods:A total of 1 7 1 cases of patients with IBD were investigated by using transla-ted and revised CACHE (Chinese version)and analyze the reliability and validity of CACHE.Results:There were a total of 31 entries in CACHE (Chinese version),the total Cronbach’sαcoefficient of the questionnaire was 0.906,and the retest reliability was 0.932.The confirmatory factor analysis showed that the model fitting coefficient was 0.39~0.79,and the correlation coefficient between all factors and the total score was 0.610~0.857. Conclusion:CACHE(Chinese version)had good reliability and validity,and may be used as specific evaluation tool of satisfaction of IBD patients to health care in China.
