Abstract：Objective:To probe into the influencing factors of self care ability of patients with radical cystecto-my double ureter skin colostomy at different periods after discharge.Methods:The questionnaire survey was used and the exercise of self care agency scale(ESCA)was applied to evaluate the self care ability of patients at different stages,and analyzed the influencing factors of the self care ability of patients.Results:Multivariate stepwise regression analysis showed that the factors with statistical significance included the gender,age,marital status,alcohol consumption,education level,occupation,personal monthly income,subjective support and objec-tive support.These 9 factors had an effect on the different dimensions of the patients’self care ability at dif-ferent periods at discharge and after discharge.Conclusion:The different dimensions of patients’self care abili-ty were affected by different factors at different periods of patients after discharge.The results showed that the nursing personnel should have a specific health education program for the patients at different periods after dis-charge,so as to further improve the patients’self care ability and life quality.
