Influence of exercise rehabilitation and psychological intervention on postoperative intraocular pressure and ocular blood flow in patients with glaucoma

Abstract：Objective:To probe into the influence of exercise rehabilitation and psychological intervention on postoperative intraocular pressure and ocular blood flow in patients with glaucoma.Methods:A total of 140 pa-tients with primary glaucoma were randomly divided into treatment group and control group based on random number table method,70 cases in each.All patients underwent early laser peripheral incision,and the patients in control group received postoperative routine nursing.The patients in treatment group received the active exer-cise rehabilitation and psychological intervention on the basis of routine nursing.The intervention cycle was for 6 weeks.Results:The operations on the patients in both groups were successful,and the vision of the patients in both groups after intervention was significantly higher than that before intervention (P<0.05 ).The intraocular pressure in both groups after intervention was significantly lower than that before intervention(P<0.05),and the intraocular pressure of patients in treatment group was significantly lower than that in control group(P<0.05). After intervention,the systolic peak blood flow velocity and diastolic blood flow velocity of central retinal artery in both groups were significantly higher than that before intervention,and the resistance index was significantly lower than that before intervention(P<0.05).At the same time,the systolic peak blood flow velocity and dias-tolic blood flow velocity of central retinal artery in treatment group were significantly higher than that in control group,while the resistance index of the treatment group was significantly lower than that in control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The postoperative exercise rehabilitation and psychological intervention can effectively im-prove the vision,reduce the intraocular pressure,improve the blood flow and enhance the quality of life of glau-coma patients.
