Study on correlation between cognitive level of continuous nursing and treatment compliance of cancer patients
Abstract：Objective:To probe into the cognitive status of continuous nursing and treatment compliance of canc‐er patients ,and to analyze the correlation between them .Methods:A total of 504 cancer patients were investiga‐ted with questionnaires including general information questionnaire ,cognitive level of continuous nursing of cancer patients and treatment compliance rating scale .Results:The cognitive score of cancer patients to continu‐ous nursing was(3 .17 ± 0 .95) ,which was at a middle level .The score of treatment compliance was(34 .12 ± 12 .68) . there was a positive correlation (P<0 .05) .Conclusion:Cognitive level of cancer patients to continuous nursing need to improved ,and it has positive effect for treatment compliance ,we can continuously improve cognitive sta‐tus of continuous nursing to achieve the purpose of strenthening treatment compliance .
