Survey and analysis of status quo of self worth sense of nursing students

Abstract：Objective:To investigate the self worth of nursing students,and probe into its status quo.Methods:A total of 450 nursing students from university grade one to university grade three were investigated by using convenience sampling with youth self worth scale.Results:The overall self worth and general self worth of 443 nursing students were at the upper level.The overall level of self worth,of the nursing students in Univer-sity grade one was higher than that in grade two and grade three .There was statistically significant difference in social orientation of general self worth between the only child and non only child nursing students.There were differences between rural and urban nursing students.Conclusion:In order to improve the overall mental health level of nursing students,the proper guidance and education should be adopted for the students with dif-ferent self worth.
