Construction of intervention mode of hematogenous occupation exposure protection of medical personnel based on behavior safety
Abstract：Objective:To construct the intervention mode of hematogenous occupation exposure protection of medical personnel,so as to provide the references for intervention mode of hematogenous occupation exposure protection of medical personnel in China.Methods:On the basis of the preliminary study,the main types of do-mestic and foreign hematogenous occupation exposure of medical personnel was systematically evaluated inter-vention effect study on sharp instrument injury,then learning from the theory of behavior change and study the intervention mode of hematogenous occupation exposure protection of medical personnel.Results:The behavior safety as the breakthrough point,the intervention mode of hematogenous occupation exposure protection was constructed from multidimensional perspective (knowledge,attitude,behavior,environment)and multiple levels (individual level,environmental level).Conclusion:The construction of intervention mode of hematogenous oc-cupation exposure protection was based on the system evaluation and theoretical research,it pointed out the ear-ly prevention was the key and the behavior change was the core,and it had important significance for reducing the occurrence of hematogenous occupation exposure of medical personnel.
