Effect analysis of discharge preparation plan and family rehabilitation nursing for children with congenital anorec-tal malformations
Abstract：Objective:To probe into the application effect of discharge preparation plan and family rehabilitation nursing for children with congenital anorectal malformation .Methods:A total of 48 cases of congenital anorectal malformation were selected and randomly divided into observation group and control group ,24 cases in each . The patients in control group received routine nursing and telephone follow up .On the basis of routine nurs‐ing ,the patients in observation group received the discharge preparation plan and family rehabilitation nursing . The scores of the parents of the two groups of children were compared with anxiety self rating scale .The inci‐dence of complications and the rate of re hospitalization were compared at 6 months after discharge .Results:At 6 months after discharge ,the scores of anxiety self rating scale of patients in observation group ,the incidence of complications and the hospitalization rate of the children were lower than those in control group ,and the differ‐ence was statistically significant (P<0 .05) .Conclusion:Discharge preparation plan and continuous family reha‐bilitation nursing may effectively improve the parents’anxiety of children with congenital anorectal malforma‐tions ,and reduce the incidence of complications and re hospitalization rate .
