Study status quo of influence of suctioning on lung capacity and respiratory mechanics of patients with mechanical ventilation
Abstract：It reviewed the influence of negative pressure of sputum suction ,ventilation mode ,suction method ,di‐ameter of sputum suction tube and suction depth on lung capacity and respiratory mechanics in patients with mechanical ventilation .It put forward that nurses must accurately assess the patients ,carry out the individual airway management ,improve the effectiveness of sputum suction ,reduce the incidence of complications ,thereby to improve the quality of care for critically patients .
