Study on construction and application of “trinity”internal medicine nursing practical teaching system

Abstract：Objective:To probe into the construction and application of “trinity”internal medicine nursing practi-cal teaching system.Methods:In internal medicine nursing practical teaching system,to compile the practical teaching material,make the teaching program,improve the content,standard and methods of examination of and train teachers about the teaching ideas and methods.A total of 280 nursing students from grade 2010 were ran-domly divided into observation group and control group.The patients in control group received the traditional education model,while the patients in observation group received the “trinity”internal medicine nursing practi-cal teaching system,then to compare the students’learning performance in “internal medicine nursing”and ca-ring ability scores between both groups.After the teaching,the comprehensive evaluation was carried out by u-sing 3 self designed questionnaires(self evaluation of nursing students,teacher peer evaluation,employing unit feedback).Results:There were all statistically significant differences in nursing undergraduates’learning per-formance of “internal medicine nursing”,dimensions scores of caring ability and self evaluation of nursing students,teacher peer evaluation and employing unit feedback between both groups (P <0.05).Conclusion:The application of “trinity”internal medicine nursing practical teaching system is helpful to optimize the teaching re-sources and improve the nursing core competence.
