Abstract:Objective:To probe into the influence of self regulation theory(SRT)on compliance of patients with acute coronary syndrome(ACS)to anti platelet drugs. Methods:A total of 90 patients with ACS were selected from September 2013 to June 2014 and were divided into two groups,45 cases in each. The patients in control group were treated with routine nursing, the patients in observation group were treated with SRT,then to inves-tigate the compliance and the influencing factors of patients with ACS respectively at 1 month,2 months,3 months after discharge by using Morisky drug compliance tests and medication adherence factors questionnaire. Results:There were statistically significant differences in compliance between both groups at 2 months and 3 months cofeer discharye(P <0.05);there were statistically significant differences in medication knowledge and medication beliefs and behavior of patients between both groups at 2 months and 3 months after discharge(P <0.05).Conclusion:SRT can effectively improve the compliance of ACS patients to taking anti platelet drugs and their quality of life.
