Construction of PACU nursing safety quality evaluation index system

Abstract：Objective:To build the PACU nursing safety quality evaluation index system by using D quality structure theory.Methods:First the related literatures on PACU nursing quality evaluation were consulted,then combine related diagnosis and treatment norms based on the theory of “construction quality process quality outcome quality”for making PACU nursing quality evaluation primary indexes.Two rounds of letter consults were carried out for the primary indexes by using Delphi expert questionnaire,then to screen the final quality e-valuation indexes,and at the same time calculating the weight of each index.Results:This study included total 31 experts to carry out the examination by letter.The first recovery rate of questionnaire was 93.3%,the second recovery rate was 96.4%.The effective rates of both rounds questionnaire were 100%,and the authority coeffi-cients were respectively 0.867 and 0.870.The PACU nursing quality evaluation index items were finally estab-lished by the research group.The evaluation indexes included 3 first level indicators with elements of quality, link quality and terminal quality,22 secondary indicators and 46 tertiary indicators.Conclusion:The determina-tion of the above indicators has followed the opinion of authoritative experts and related medical files,it meets the present PACU nursing practical need,and helps to raise the PACU nursing safety quality.
