Influence of secondary prevention and management on quality of life of patients with coronary heart disease after PCI

Abstract:Objective:To probe into the implementation effect of secondary prevention and management for pa-tients with coronary heart disease after PCI.Methods:A total of 100 patients after PCI were divided into experi-mental group(49 cases)and control group(48 cases)by using sortition method,The patients in experimental group focused on two grade of prevention project management,the patients in control group only received rou-tine management.After 3 months of intervention,secondary prevention management project survey scale was used to evaluate the effect of secondary prevention and management in both groups of patients.Results:After 3 months of management,the score of all secondary prevention management projects in experimental group was higher than that in control group.The difference was statistically significant(P <0.05)between both groups. Conclusion:Secondary prevention and management is conducive to improving the patient’s self management ability, and has a positive impact on the formation of a reasonable way of life and the early return to society.
