Evaluation on effect of team cardiopulmonary resuscitation(CPR)drills under guidance of new version of interna-tional cardiopulmonary resuscitation(CPR)guidelines

Abstract：Objective:To carry out team cardiopulmonary resuscitation drill (CPR)which was guided by 2010 A-merican Heart Association CPR and cardiovascular emergency guidelines,so as to ensure that the resuscitation orderly and improve the resuscitation performance.Methods:Form July 2013 to August 2014,a total of 42 medi-cal personnel in emergency department in our hospital were selected for team cardiopulmonary resuscitation (CPR)drill respectively for three persons a group and four persons a group under the guidance of 2010 cardiop-ulmonary resuscitation (CPR)guidelines.Results:The total resuscitation time,chest compressions interrupt time,establishment of artificial airway time,implementation of monitoring time,implementation of defibrillation time,establishment of intravenous access time and Epinephrine use time after drill were significantly lower,and the difference between both groups was statistically significant(P <0.05 ),the above indexes in four person group was lower than that in three person group(P <0.05).The first aid knowledge score and first aid skill score of medical personnel after drill increased significantly,and the difference was statistically significant(P <0.05),the scores of first aid knowledge and first aid skill in four person group were higher than that in three person group(P <0.05).The proportions of expecting drills,thinking rescue useful,willing to help,cooperating with the rescue in four person group were significantly higher than that in control group after CPR drill(P<0.05). Conclusion:CPR implemented as a team can improve the timeliness of resuscitation,enhance the proportion of medical personnel’s aid wishes and first aid knowledge and skill scores of medical personnel.
